CEENJ 2022 Warsaw – Call for Papers
The 2022 CEENJ (Central and Eastern European Network of Jurisprudence) Conference is to take place at the premises of the University of Warsaw (Poland), Faculty of Law and Administration, on September 26 and 27, 2022.
Contributions to the whole gamut of jurisprudential issues, from legal philosophy and analytical legal theory to social theories of law, are welcome. Dogmatic (doctrinal) and empirical (historical, sociological, economic, etc.) studies of law with a strong conceptual content are also acceptable. The 2022 CEENJ Conference will also be open to participants working and/or residing outside the Adriatic-Baltic-Black Sea area.
Conference applications should submitted by e-mail to both convenors, i.e., Tatiana Chauvin (t.chauvin@uw.edu.pl) and Marcin Matczak (m.matczak@uw.edu.pl). In addition to the applicant’s name, affiliation and e-mail address, a valid application should include a summary of the intended presentation comprising 3,600 characters with spaces. The oral presentation at a CEENJ conference is to be accompanied by a projection of the full text or a power point of the presentation.
The deadline for submitting papers is 30 June 2022.
There is no conference fee. The schedule can accommodate 32 participants. Conference participants are to cover all their travel and accommodation expenses. The Faculty of Law of the University of Warsaw will provide all participants with lunch and dinner on 26 and 27 September 2020.
NOTE: This conference was to be originally organized in 2020 but was postponed due to the COVID pandemic. We kindly ask all of you who submitted their papers to the original CfP to resubmit. Due to the considerable time that has elapsed since then we cannot assume that your submissions remain valid.
